The theme for National School Social Work Week 2024 is “Pearls of Wisdom.” The School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA) believes that school social workers greatly benefit school communities by adding wisdom, patience, and compassion to relationships and system building. What a WEEK❗ Thank you to our student volunteers, the cafeteria, and the rest of the world language department for the hard work that made World Language Week 2024 a success! We drew, danced, ate, and trivia’d, our way throughout the week, which ended today with speakers from Israel, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and Germany on zoom!
Nicolet senior Grace Dykeman has been awarded a HAMP Foundation Scholarship to attend UW-Madison! Each year, the HAMP Foundation offers two full, four-year scholarships to Milwaukee area seniors who will be attending UW-Madison or the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. The scholarship covers tuition, room and board, fees and required class materials.

The Nicolet Varsity Boys Basketball team earned the #1 seed in the WIAA D2 Boys Basketball Sectional and will host the winner of #8 Milwaukee Madison v #9 Milwaukee Arts in the WIAA Regional Semi-Final on Friday, March 1st at 7:00pm. All attendees must purchase a ticket on GoFan (link below). This includes Nicolet students, visiting students, booster club pass holders and senior citizens. No passes are accepted. Furthermore, no one will be allowed entry into the building/game after 7:30pm so please be on time.
