The Nicolet Recreation Department cordially invites senior citizens to a "Taste Of Fine Arts", a premiere matinee performance. This year's show "Shrek, The Musical" is
scheduled for Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 1:00pm (curtain time) at Nicolet High School and performed by the Nicolet theater department and students 🎭
FREE Tickets are available for pick-up. To obtain your tickets, simply come to the Nicolet Recreation Department Office, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, Glendale, WI 53217.
The office is open from 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to pick up your tickets, special mailing accommodations can be made by sending a
self-addressed envelope to the Nicolet Recreation Department at the above address. Please do not order more tickets than you need and please return any unused tickets
prior to the day of the show.

The Nicolet National Honor Society and the Tri-M Music Honor Society are teaming up to organize a Clothing Drive to support the Ladies of Charity, an esteemed organization dedicated to assisting families in need ‼
Our goal is to collect gently used clothing items to help families facing challenging times. Your contribution can make a significant difference in their lives.
We encourage you to go through your wardrobes and donate items that are in good condition but no longer in use. This is a great opportunity to declutter your space while making a positive impact.

Last Friday 6 of our Art Knights members traveled to UW-Parkside to see their submitted works on display in their collegiate art gallery. UW-Parkside is an amazing host who not only allows the students to show their work, but has creative maker spaces for students to create works of art in their art studios. Students were able to meet college art professors and had a pizza party in the gallery as the finishing touch to an awesome night 🎨

Nicolet Unified School District and the School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA) are honored to recognize Maureen Newborn for completing the portfolio process to become a National Certified School Social Worker™ (NCSSW). The NCSSW credential is awarded to school social work professionals who have obtained an advanced practice certification that demonstrates mastery of the nine competencies of the National School Social Work Practice Model through a rigorous portfolio review process. The National Certified School Social Worker is regarded as the highest level of certification available in the field of School Social Work. This is a very prestigious, rigorous, and first-of-its-kind National Certification specifically to showcase Advanced Expertise in the field of School Social Work. Maureen is one of the first 30 in the Nation to complete and receive her credentials as a Nationally Certified School Social Worker (NCSSW), and we are very proud of her accomplishments in our state and in our school district!
