MEMBERS OF THE NICOLET UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD MAY ATTEND SOCIAL EVENTS OR DISTRICT SPONSORED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Public notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Nicolet Union High School District School Board may on occasion attend social events or district-sponsored events and activities in support of the staff and students of the school district.

No Nicolet Union High School District School Board business will take place and no official action or vote will be taken.

PUBLIC RECORDS

Section 19.34(1), Wis. Stats., requires the Nicolet Union High School District to adopt, prominently display, and make available for inspection and copying at its offices, for the guidance of the public, a notice containing a description of its organization and the established times and places at which, the legal custodian from whom, and the methods whereby, the public may obtain information and access to records in its custody, make requests for records, or obtain copies of records and the costs thereof. This Section also requires the district separately identify each position in the district that constitutes a local public office.

Notice is hereby provided of the following information required by the Wisconsin Open Records Law:

Public notice is hereby given that public records may be requested from the Nicolet Union High School District in accordance with Board policy po8310 - Public Records.  The District may also impose fees upon the requester in accordance with the Wisconsin Public Records Law.  All records requests should be submitted in writing to the office of the Superintendent, Dr. Greg Kabara by phone at 414.351.7525, by email, or in person at 6701 North Jean Nicolet Road, Glendale, Wisconsin 53217, between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Local Public Office Holders at the Nicolet Union High School District include School Board Members, the Superintendent, the Director of Teaching & Learning, the Director of Business Services, the Director of Student Services, the Director of Technology, the Director of Facility Services, Principal, Associate Principals, Director of Athletics & Activities and Recreation Director.
