The Foundation awards grants to teachers, staff members or student groups of the Nicolet High School District.

The Foundation awards grants to teachers, staff members or student groups of the Nicolet High School District in accordance with the following guidelines.

The Foundation will fund:

  • technology that promotes instruction

  • innovative programs that enhance learning

  • departmental needs/requests not budgeted for

  • speakers/experts that reinforce the curriculum or inspire students

The Foundation does not fund:

  • programs/projects that are not consistent with established curriculum

  • staff positions

  • facility maintenance/operations

Higher consideration will be given to applications for projects and programs that:

  • affect a large number of students

  • can be replicated for use by others

  • are targeted at an underserved audience or curricular area

  • demonstrate an innovative approach to education

  • reinforce the mission and goals of the School District

Classroom libraries in all English classrooms – $30,000
Outdoor Pursuits Field Trip - $239
Science Fair App Development - $600
Storytelling Workshop with Artist in Residence Anne Heaton – $1,000
Development of a Community Garden - $2,500

Film Screening of  "Invisible Lines" - $800 
Refrigerator for the Special Education 18-21 Program - $990 
First Annual Reading Challenge Incentives - $500 
Hebrew Club Trip to Israel - $1,000 (cancelled due to COVID) 
Taste of Fine Arts Senior Musical Matinee - $500 
Choir/Orchestra Trip to Perform at Disneyland - $6,000 (cancelled due to COVID) 
Model UN Trip to Chicago - $800 
Global History Author Honorarium - $100
